Major River Basins
In Perak, there were 11 major river basins, namely the basin area of more than 80 km. Silver River basin is the largest river basin with an area of 14908 sq. km., about 70% of the total area of the State of Perak. It is also the second largest river basin in Peninsular Malaysia after Pahang River Basin.
