The second workshop With Stakeholders (Stakeholders) of the Kinta River Catchment has been successfully implemented in January 2010 (Thursday) at the Impiana Hotel Ipoh. Workshop organized by drainage Malaysia was able to gather 40 participants comprising the development and Security Committee (JKKK) involved within the Kinta River basin.
It began with a prayer ceremony was officiated by the Director of the Department of irrigation and drainage Perak, y.BHG Dato ' Ir Abdul Razak b. Dahalan. In addition to be briefed by the Facilitator, the participants were also given the task to discuss topics that came with suggestions for solutions both to improve the quality of the Kinta River as well as a method of preservation and conservation together. Each participant will present a proposal to be discussed together. Workshop on end around 5.30 p.m. hours with the closing ceremony conducted by Senior Assistant Director (River) DID the State of Perak.
