Ipoh, 14 November 2019 - The 2019 River Sustainability Program has been held in stages in all districts of Perak.
12 November 2019 - Perak Tengah District ( Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Perah )
13 November 2019 - Manjung District( Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Manjung )
14 November 2019 - Larut Matang and Selama District
The objectives of this program are to;
1. Generate love and 'ownership' in rivers and the environment
2. Increase awareness and knowledge in protecting rivers
3. Implement steps and practices to maintain the beauty of the river
4. Improve knowledge and techniques in river health monitoring through River Ranger
