Ipoh, 18 November 2019 - The 2019 River Sustainability Program has been held today at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sultan Idris Shah II, Teluk Intan, Hilir Perak District and at Sekolah Kebangsaan Jalan Matang Buluh, Bagan Serai Kerian District.
The objectives of this program are to;
1. Generate love and 'ownership' in rivers and the environment
2. Increase awareness and knowledge in protecting rivers
3. Implement steps and practices to maintain the beauty of the river
4. Improve knowledge and techniques in river health monitoring through River Ranger
