October 27, 2025, Manjung – A working visit with the Chairman of the Perak State Infrastructure, Energy, Water and Public Transportation Committee (INTAP), YB Dato’ Seri Ir. Haji Mohammad Nizar bin Jamaluddin, was held around the Manjung District. This two-day working visit began with an inspection of the Sultan Azlan Shah Power Station in Manjung and will continue with a visit to the Sungai Beruas Flood Mitigation Project in Pekan Beruas.
This program was also attended by technical departments under the INTAP portfolio, such as the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS), the Perak State Public Works Department (JKR), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) Perak, the Perak Water Board (LAP), the Perak State Road Transport Department (JPJ), and the Perak State KUDR.
This visit aims to survey field operations and discuss issues and challenges related to the functions and responsibilities of each department and agency to ensure more effective service delivery to the public.
