Corporate Division

Role

Providing planning and implementation services for departmental and government policies, monitoring the performance of development programs, coordinating information related to service work, coordinating customer complaints, and enhancing the department's image to ensure JPS services meet customer needs and satisfaction.

The Corporate Division of the Perak State JPS is led by the Deputy Director II of the Perak State JPS, who provides support services to the Perak JPS. 
The number of officers and staff in the Corporate Division is 6 people.

 

Objective 

Ensuring the effective and clear implementation of policies, comprehensive, accurate, and efficient information reference sources, development programs for monitoring and evaluation meet targets, and a high departmental image.

 


Function

  1. Secretariat for departmental periodic reports
  2. Secretariat for the main meetings of JPS Perak
  3. Secretariat to the committee and quality programs of JPS Perak
  4. Reporting on the progress of Federal and State development projects
  5. Handling public complaints
  6. Managing the implementation of new Government and Department policies
  7. Improving the competency level of JPS Perak staff through the coordination of course applications
  8. Coordinating consultancy services for Client Agencies in the implementation of development projects
