May 8, 2026, Cyberjaya - The Sungai Terap River Ranger Community (KRT Sg Terap) attended the River Basin Management Division (BPLS), Department of Irrigation and Drainage (JPS) Malaysia to make a presentation for AKSA 2026. Also present was the District Engineer of JPS Kinta District, Ir. Salfarina binti Mohd Sharif to provide support for the presentation.
For the record, this community was established in 2022 for the care of rivers and the environment, particularly involving the Kinta River. Among the activities carried out by this community are regular river monitoring, community clean-up programs, World Clean Up Day programs, and others. May this effort continue and achieve success in the future.
