22 April 2025, Ipoh - The Member of Parliament for Ipoh Timur, YB Tuan Lee Chuan How, led a press conference held in the media room of the Perak Darul Ridzuan Building regarding the flood issue and development planning in the Ipoh Timur parliamentary area.
Director of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department, YBrs. Engineer. Dr. Asnor Muizan bin Dato' Haji Ishak was also present at this press conference along with YB Jenny Choi, State Assemblyman for the Canning constituency, and YB Goh See Hua, State Assemblyman for the Pasir Pinji constituency, to explain the flood situation that occurred in the Sungai Senam and Sungai Pinji areas and to inform about the short-term and long-term measures taken by the relevant departments to prevent the problem from recurring.
