May 14, 2025, Ipoh - The Pre-Consultation Workshop session for land acquisition for the Perak State Flood Mitigation Project was held at the Kinta Riverfront Hotel. Also participating in this workshop were representatives from the Perak State Land and Mines Office, the Perak State Land and Mines Committee, the Perak State Valuation and Property Services Department, Plan Malaysia Perak, the Perak Irrigation and Drainage Department, District Councils, and consultants.
JPS Negeri Perak has been led by Ir. Hajah Azizah bt Mohd Sabri; Encik Poh Chee Chin; KPP Urban Drainage and Flood Mitigation Division; Project Engineer, Federal Projects Division, Encik Sharifudin bin Jamil and JPS Perak officers.
This discussion aims to address outstanding land issues and conduct an initial review with relevant agencies before the Perak Irrigation and Drainage Department submits the final documents to the JKPTG.
