August 23, 2025, Ipoh – The Perak State Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) thru the River and Coastal Engineering Division and the Kinta/Batang Padang DID organized the Senam River Cleaning Program with the students and staff of Anderson National Secondary School, Ipoh.
The program included a briefing by Mr. Fadhil bin Ahmad, Senior Assistant Director of the River and Coastal Division of the Perak Department of Irrigation and Drainage, on the importance of maintaining river cleanliness for the students, followed by a garbage collection activity along the banks of the Senam River.
Also present was the Assistant District Engineer of Kinta, Ir. Ahmad Bukhari bin Arifin.
