11–12 November 2025, Kuala Lumpur – The Perak State Department of Irrigation and Drainage organized a Basic Critical Path Method (CPM) Course, which was held at the Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
This two-day course was officiated by the Director of Irrigation and Drainage for the State of Perak, YBrs. Engineer. Dr. Asnor Muizan bin Dato' Haji Ishak and was attended by a total of 70 officers and staff from the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department.
The briefing and knowledge-sharing session was delivered by Ir. Ts. Mohd Hafiz bin Shafie, Civil Engineer, Special Projects Unit Northern Zone, Road Branch, JKR Malaysia Headquarters, as the speaker, along with Associate Professor Ts. Gs. Dr. Muhamad Azani Yahya, Director of the Academic and International Network Center, National Defense University of Malaysia (UPNM) as facilitator.
The purpose of organizing this course is to strengthen the knowledge and skills of JPS Perak State staff in project planning and management using the Critical Path Method toward improving project implementation efficiency at the departmental level.
