26 Nov 2025, Teluk Intan - Director of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department, YBrs Ir. Dr. Asnor Muizan Bin Dato’ Hj. Ishak has gone on the ground to survey the flood situation in Changkat Jong, Hilir Perak District, along with the Director of JKR Perak State, YBrs Ir. Haji Zamri bin Mat Kasim.
The floods were caused by continuous rainfall from November 23-25, 2025, and a high tide phenomenon. The Director also accompanied the Honorable Chief Minister of Perak in visiting the flood victims at the MPTI Langkap Hall.
