27 Nov 2025, Gerik, Hulu Perak - Director of JPS Perak, YBrs. Engineer. Dr. Asnor Muizan Bin Dato’ Hj. Ishak attended the Coordination Meeting of the 'Task Force' on River Pollution in the Hulu Perak District, chaired by YBhg. Datuk Mas Rizal bin Mohd Hilmi, Deputy Secretary General (NRES), which was held at Dewan Sri Kemboja, Cottage Inn, Gerik.
Also present was the Assistant District Engineer of Hulu Perak, Mr. Airul Aswadi bin Abdullah. This meeting involves several other agencies such as the Department of Environment (DOE), the Department of Minerals and Geoscience (JMG), the Atomic Energy Department, the Chemistry Department, the Malaysian Nuclear Agency, and several other relevant agencies/departments.
