ERAK STATE GOVERNMENT SECRETARY'S KPI MONITORING MEETING NO. 1/2026

January 18, 2026, Ipoh – The Management KPI Monitoring Meeting under the Right Honorable Secretary of the State Government of Perak No. 1/2026 was held on January 15, 2026, at the State Operations Room, Ground Floor, Perak Darul Ridzuan Building. The meeting was chaired by YBhg. Dato' Nor Sham binti Rahman, Deputy State Secretary of Perak (Management), accompanied by Heads of Departments and officers from the departments and agencies of the Perak State Government.

The main focus of the meeting was to monitor the achievement and implementation of the 16 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Management under the Honorable Secretary of the Perak State Government. These KPIs cover aspects of human resource management, finance, public complaint management, and service delivery, in line with the targets set in previous years.

In that meeting, the Perak State Department of Irrigation and Drainage (DID) achieved an outstanding performance by winning five (5) awards, namely:
1. Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA)
2. Compliance with the Criteria for Monitoring Government Websites and Services (SPLaSK)
3. 100% Officer Attendance at 3-Day Course Achievement
4. Value Auditing (SPAN)
5. Best Performing PTJ No. 14 Days (Kerian District Irrigation Department)
 
Congratulations and well done to all the staff of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department for their commitment, dedication, and continuous efforts throughout 2025 in ensuring the excellence of the department's management and service delivery.
