Bahasa Melayu January 20, 2026, Ipoh - A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) handover session to the contractor and a pre-construction meeting for the project to build the Sungai Rui Bridge and the Sungai Beruk Bridge in Kampung Padang Stang, Hulu Perak, were held at the Main Meeting Room, JPS Perak.
The meeting was attended by YBrs. Engineer Dr. Asnor Muizan bin Dato Hj. Ishak, Director of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department; Puan Zamzamzurina binti Zainun, Deputy Director II of JPS Perak; En. Ahmad Azizi bin Ariffin, District Engineer JPS Kuala Kangsar / Hulu Perak; representatives from the consulting firm and officers from the Division and the district.
The Sungai Rui Bridge and Sungai Beruk Bridge Construction Project is a project under AP182, with the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development as the project owner. The main objective of this project is to replace two damaged bridges with new ones that are more suitable for current use. The implementation period for this project is 24 months.
