Bahasa Melayu February 3, 2026, Ipoh – The Director's Address Ceremony and the Appreciation Ceremony for the JPS Sports Carnival Athletes and the Perak State Department of Irrigation and Drainage Drill Contingent 2025 were successfully held at the Casuarina Hotel, Meru. This event was attended by the Deputy Director of the Management Division, Heads of Divisions, District Engineers, Assistant District Engineers, and relevant staff of the Perak State Department of Irrigation and Drainage.
The ceremony began with the singing of the national anthem and the Perak state anthem, followed by a montage presentation, before continuing with the address delivered by the Director of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department, YBrs. Engineer Dr. Asnor Muizan bin Dato' Haji Ishak.
This appreciation ceremony is held as a token of gratitude and recognition for the athletes and the Perak State JPS marching contingent for their commitment, discipline, and outstanding achievements that have brought honor to the department throughout the year 2025. Also celebrated are the districts and divisions involved in organizing the program at the state and national levels.
