March 13, 2026, Ipoh – The staff of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department had the opportunity to gather today for an Iftar event with the Director, YBrs. Ir. Eng. Dr. Asnor Muizan bin Dato' Haji Ishak, along with the orphans from Pertubuhan Baitul Aini, Ipoh. This event was organized by MAKSAK JPS Perak in collaboration with JPS Kinta/Batang Padang District.
Also present were the Deputy Director (Management), Ms. Ir. Azizah binti Mohd Sabri, Heads of Departments, District Engineers, Deputy District Engineers, and all staff of JPS Perak State. Words of appreciation and thanks are extended to the JPS District of Kinta/Batang Padang for graciously hosting this year's event.
The event began with a welcoming speech from the Director, followed by the presentation of donations to orphans, a Ramadan sermon, then the congregational Maghrib prayer and a communal breaking of the fast.
