May 12, 2026, Ipoh – Chairman of the Infrastructure, Energy, Water, and Public Transport Committee, YB Dato' Seri Ir. Hj. Mohammad Nizar bin Jamaludin graciously chaired this meeting together with the Director of the Perak State Irrigation and Drainage Department (JPS), YBrs. Ir. Dr. Asnor Muizan bin Dato’ Haji Ishak this morning.
The meeting was held to discuss the progress and current status of the projects implemented by GEC in this state.
The delegation from the Global Environment Center (GEC) was led by Dr. Kalithasan Kailasam as the River Care Program Manager, and also attended by representatives from other departments.
